have the ability to sign up to receive severe weather alerts sent to their
wireless device at a special rate! Members can receive alerts to any
wireless device (cell phone, pager, pda, blackberry, etc) that have an
e-mail address assigned to it for any of the counties you choose in North
or South Carolina.
The cost for this service is $3.00 per month or $36.00 per year.
If you are interested in signing up for this service, please follow the
steps below!
Step 1: Decide which counties you want in your alert profile.
Step 2: Follow the link below and make sure you type in the following
information into the comments section:
- "I am a Triad Skywarn Member and should get the special rate for
Triad Skywarn"
- "I would like alerts for the following counties... (enter your
counties here)"
